We offer a wide range of special applications designed to enhance the quality, durability, and functionality of your parts. Particularly for the automotive industry. We ensure that even the smallest operations contribute to the perfection of the final product.
Fine sealing
The sealing line is designed for the efficient assembly and sealing of painted parts. We use sealants approved by the Volkswagen Group, capable of sealing even technically hard-to-reach areas to ensure complete coverage. Cathodically painted and permanently joined assemblies are precisely sealed and then pass through a drying oven with indirect heating for rapid curing (sealant gelling at 100 °C / 10 min). This process ensures fast curing and a smooth production flow, leading to significant time and energy savings. Sealing operations are carried out at our facilities in Nymburk and Police nad Metují.
Filler application
We focus on the economical and precise application of fillers to selected passenger car parts, aiming to dampen vibrations on large surfaces and contribute to the overall quality of the components. The process includes manual dry sanding and hanging the parts on the conveyor track. The filler is applied in an MOS 2500 application booth with optimized extraction and a three-stage filtration system.
We use water-based coatings from renowned suppliers such as BASF, meeting the highest standards of the automotive industry. The application is carried out using a high-pressure airmix device from MEDIA CZ Ltd After applying the filler, the parts are moved to a chamber dryer for controlled curing. This process ensures fast curing and a smooth production flow, resulting in significant time and energy savings. Filler application is available at our Nymburk facility.
Other applications
We understand that the overall quality of a product also depends on the smallest details. That’s why we apply the utmost care to minor assembly operations such as foam bonding or securing fasteners to components. A key aspect of our reliability is minimizing dependency on human factors.
