We are Automotive Painting Partners Ltd. (APP). As a successful, purely Czech company, with over 20 years of tradition, we specialise in comprehensive parts manufacturing and industrial metal surface treatment. Our mission is to provide comprehensive solutions with the focus on reliability and the highest technological standards for both small and large clients. We are proud partners of leading companies in the automotive industry both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
As market leaders in cathodic dip coating (KTL/E-coating), we provide top-class corrosion protection for your parts. Our two identical production facilities for E-coating guarantee 100% backup and uninterrupted production flow. We complement this with our design and engineering, allowing us to deliver complete supplies of stamped and welded parts as well as subassemblies.
We cover the whole process of logistics operations, and we provide direct deliveries for OEM partners and specialised packaging. Our commitment to quality is confirmed by the IATF 16949 certification. We believe in the power of qualified employees and a responsible approach to the environment, as demonstrated by our ISO 14001 certification. This forms the foundation of our success and long-term client relationships.
Our facilities
APP Nymburk
The APP Nymburk production plant is equipped with E-coat (cathodic dip coating, KTL) technology, identical to the facility in Police nad Metují. It enables sealing and subsequent operations, providing 100% backup. It also has space and infrastructure ready for welding operations.
APP Police nad metují
The APP production plant in Police nad Metují is an identical operation. It serves as a centre for mechanical engineering and KTL coating (E-coat), with capacities for robotic welding, sealing, and follow-up processes. It provides 100% backup for the Nymburk facility and vice versa.
APP Zvěřínek
The APP Zvěřínek logistics centre functions as the central logistics hub of the entire company. It provides key logistics services, including direct deliveries to OEM partners, efficient shipment consolidation, and special packaging of parts for safe transport.
